America Turns Vegan by 2050
Given the positive signs showing more people every day choosing to transition to a plant-based diet, Kathy Stevens, founder and director of Catskill Animal Sanctuary, predicts that the US will become a vegan nation by 2050 if we keep working hard to make it happen.
She focuses on these signs: meat consumption is down, while "all things vegan" are on the rise, supermarkets are changing, restaurants are changing and the super-rich are driving industry-wide change.
