Many people look up to celebrities so it helps our movement when someone like Jennifer Lopez, who is very focused on her image and her health, recognizes the benefits of a plant-based diet and decides to transition to it.

All the jails in Maricopa County, AZ, are transitioning to meat-free meals in order to save costs. Of course, this translates to health benefits for the inmates and to alleviating animal cruelty.
