1. Activist Feedback
Deanne, who tabled at Heavenfest, writes:
Heavenfest Denver was a success! We handed out hundreds of leaflets as well as vegan chocolate cake and artichoke dip samples. The food really drew people in to the table. People were very receptive. I was pleasantly surprised. The event was definitely successful and we enjoyed volunteering there. I had two girls sign up for future volunteer opportunities so hopefully next year we can have two come in the morning and two in the afternoon. The day gets to be very long when you have to arrive by 8:30 AM to set up!
