The meat inspection program that the USDA wants to implement in
pork plants nationwide in order to increase the speed of processing
lines by as much as 20 percent and to cut the number of USDA safety
inspectors at each plant in half continues to show flaws and
problems, especially failing to reduce meat contamination.

Of course, finding more ways to increase the speed at which
God’s animals are slaughtered might seem efficient, but at the end,
it only creates misery to these animals and to humans. Humanity
doesn’t need more animals to be killed. We need no animals to be
killed and for compassion to be extended to all creatures. This is
the way to make this world a better place.
