Ditch Dairy and Feel Better!

 Harvard declares dairy is not part of a healthy diet. They suggest that collards, bok choy, fortified soy milk, and baked beans are safer choices than dairy for obtaining calcium, as are high quality supplements.

It’s not surprising to learn about Harvard scientists recommendations because dairy is for calves, not humans. Aside from the ill-effects of dairy on our bodies, the production of dairy is a source of much suffering and death for dairy cows and their calves. A diet that shows compassion to God’s animals is a diet that promotes good health.
