It’s not surprising to learn about Harvard scientists
recommendations because dairy is for calves, not humans. Aside from
the ill-effects of dairy on our bodies, the production of dairy is a
source of much suffering and death for dairy cows and their calves.
A diet that shows compassion to God’s animals is a diet that
promotes good health.
