Eating fewer processed foods is definitely good for our bodies. It’s
also important to note that when we consume animal products, we are
ingesting the flesh and secretions of animals who suffered in
unimaginable ways, both physically and emotionally. Fear, pain,
terror are common in farms and slaughterhouses. So, maybe consuming
less fear, pain and terror is a good thing for us. After all, we are
what we eat.
