The results of a new study of 44,500 people in England and
Scotland indicate that vegetarians are 32% less likely to die or to
be hospitalized due to cardiovascular disease. The findings seem to
indicate that a diet low in cholesterol and saturated fat has many
benefits for one’s heart.
