Vegetarianism is Good for Heart Health

The results of a new study of 44,500 people in England and Scotland indicate that vegetarians are 32% less likely to die or to be hospitalized due to cardiovascular disease. The findings seem to indicate that a diet low in cholesterol and saturated fat has many benefits for one’s heart.

Yet, another scientific study that even after adjusting for smoking, weight and exercise, indicates that a well-balanced plant-based diet is good for our bodies. What it’s even better, is that a diet good for our bodies is also good for the rest of Creation.
