Megan Clements and 16 other research scientists are working hard

It’s great that minds and resources are being put to good use.
While we have already been blessed with an abundant variety of
plant-based food that are tasty and nutritious, these new products

make it easier for many people to transition to a plant-based diet.
After all, the result is less suffering, and more healing and
restoration in God’s Creation.
