Measure 5 in North Dakota Worries the Pork Industry
Not surprisingly, the pork industry is desperate to make sure the egregious cruelty to which they subject pigs remains legal. Because of this, the pork industry is vehemently opposed to Measure 5 in North Dakota that if passed would make it a class C felony for an individual to intentionally harm a living dog, cat or horse. Common sense says that Measure 5 is a great idea, unless that is, you are the pork industry because this measure can potentially haunt them.

Of course the pork industry is going to do everything in their power to prevent Measure 5 from passing. However, sooner or later, justice has to prevail and voters in North Dakota will hopefully see that any law that prevents cruelty to God's animals also prevents suffering in people, because we reap what we sow.Your question and comments are welcome
