Eat Your Veggies to Get Your Protein

Protein from meat is certainly overrated. This article explains in a clear way why it’s easy to meet our protein requirements if we eat a variety of plant-based foods. While in the past it was thought that meat was the only way to get complete proteins, abundant scientific evidence shows that plant-based foods contain all the amino-acids needed by a human body and that eating a balanced plant-based diet fulfills all our protein requirements. Simply put, there is no need for animal products in a healthy human diet.

How wonderful it is that we don’t need to rely on the suffering and death of God’s animals to enjoy healthy, peaceful and joyful lives! Living in harmony with our fellow Earthlings is good for all of God’s Creation!
