Twitter cofounders Evan Williams and Biz Stone are investing in Beyond Meat, the vegan meat company that has come up with the recipe for what seems to be the most similar veggie-chicken meat on the market to real chicken flesh. The market for meat analogs is growing rapidly and these businessmen seem to know where the money is going to be.
