Bruce Friedrich, Senior Director for Strategic Initiatives at Farm
Sanctuary, writes a very comprehensive review of the film "Speciesism:
The Movie" by Mark Devries. This film looks at the way we look and
treat animals. As it is, it seems we view non-human animals as beings
merely existing for our use, but this movie will certainly challenge
the audience and encourage a deeper look into our behaviors and
choices in relation to animals.

God’s
animals, especially farmed animals, are seen as mere commodities to be
used for our benefit. We lose sight of the amazing beings these
creatures are and the loving essence we share with them. After all, we
are all creations of a loving and benevolent God, who infused us with
attributes, feelings, instincts and drives. When we don’t acknowledge
and respect this, we create disharmony, suffering, fear and pain in
all Creation.
