Republican state Sen. Jim Norman from Florida has introduced again an
"ag-gag" bill that would make it illegal to photograph or film a farm
without the express written consent of the farm's owner. Although a
similar bill last year that would make it a felony to photograph a farm
never passed, this year's bill, SB1184, would only make it a
misdemeanor. It is clear who this bill targets: animal advocates who
want to expose animal abuse in farms. To read the article please visit
Bill That Would Make Photographing a Farm a Crime in Florida:

Throughout history, people trying to expose victimization have been
persecuted, alienated, ridiculed, attacked and even murdered. It is no
surprise that those who want farmed animal abuse to remain hidden would
try everything in their power to prevent God's animal advocates to
expose the victimization of these creatures. Hopefully, like last year's
bill, this year's bill will be defeated with common sense and
compassion.
