7-Eleven Offers Vegan Choices
If you are vegan and live in New York then this is good news for you: store chain 7-Eleven now offers 6 vegan items in 8 of their locations in NYC. According to Margaret Chabris, 7- Eleven director of corporate communications, "There was demand in the New York and Philadelphia area, not only from our customers but from our employees and franchisees, some of whom are vegetarians." If these items sell well then stores around the country might start offering them.

This is a perfect example that companies will offer what their customer ask for. If more of us, people on plant-based diets, ask stores and restaurants to carry/offer vegan food they are likely to do it..
