Good News for Swiss Animals

The Animal Party Switzerland, a political party to represent the interests of non-human animals was established last week with an economist, a lawyer and the head of the Swiss vegetarian union as founding members. The party has set up a page on Facebook with the slogan "because animals need a voice," and a pledge to "represent the interests of animals in politics and the economy".

Helping animals to be heard is a step forward in order to help bring reconciliation in God’s Creation. Let’s hope that more countries follow this example and that The Animal Party Switzerland is allowed to be an effective voice of these victims.
