Veggie “Meats”

Vegetarians can enjoy tasty and healthful dishes using meat substitutes, such as tofu and tempeh. Moreover, the great variety of veggie meat replacers in the market has increased dramatically in the last few years. These “meats” are prepared entirely of vegetables and are added flavorings that mimic beef, lobster, chicken, etc.

Those people who in the past were reluctant to try a vegetarian diet because they thought they might miss eating meat, have now excellent meat replacers that can ease them into a new, healthier and compassionate diet that honors all of God’s Creation.
