Mondays" movement and how it's shaping America's diet. Although she
accurately highlights that meat consumption has steadily increased in
the US since 1970 and the fact that the Meat Industry is incredibly
powerful to the extent of manipulating the USDA when making decisions

US. In spite of the overwhelming evidence that a plant-based diet is
healthier, more environmentally friendly and compassionate, people in
America are still choosing their desire for the taste of animal products
