On a Dollar a Day
Christopher Greenslate and Kerri Leonard, both teachers and vegan, created a blog to show people how they could feed themselves on $1 a day. Their blog was so successful that last month they released a book titled “On a Dollar a Day”. On it, they not only tell their story but also explore themes that raise questions about the food industry and government policies on food.
