Plant-Based Foods Right for Athletes

NBA star John Salley and professional triathlete Brendan Brazier are two well-known athletes that are helping to promote a plant-based diet by backing PCRM's 21-Day Vegan Kickstart. The program walks users through a diet makeover with a meal plan, cooking demos and other resources.

In our society, it is well-known athletes that often promote the typical American diet laden with animal products. It's great that in the case above, high-profile athletes are raising awareness on the benefits of a plant-base diet, which helps us good stewards of all of God's Creation.
