Roger Moore Against Foie Gras
Former 007 (James Bond) actor, Sir Roger Moore, is an advocate for geese and ducks used to make liver patte or foie gras. He is aware, and actively spreading the word and educating others, that these animals are greatly abused by being confined in very small cages and forced-fed often until their livers burst. It's hard to even try to understand why humans cause so much misery to God's animals, in this case ducks and geese. Instead of following Jesus' teachings of compassion, mercy and justice, we turn around and give in into our desire for profit and taste. If we strive to be good stewards of God's Creation there is no room to support such cruelty.
