Pinto Bean and Salsa Dip


1 - 15-oz. can Pinto Beans

1/2 cup Salsa, medium

2 tsp. Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp. Cilantro, dried


2 tbsp. Cilantro, fresh

Hot Pepper Sauce (to taste)


Open the can of pinto beans and drain off the liquid. Place the drained beans and all the other ingredients into the container of a blender, cover, and run blender at high speed until smooth.

If your blender does not have a tamping rod, you may have to stop the blender once or twice and mix the ingredients with a spoon or spatula to ensure that all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed together.

Scoop the pinto bean dip out of the blender container into a serving (dip) bowl.
