Benefits of a Low Fat Diet

A new study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute that included data from 48,835 postmenopausal women participating in The Women’s Health Initiative, showed that a low-fat diet may reduce the incidence of ovarian cancer. The risk for cancer reoccurrence during the second four years of the study seemed to be reduced 40 percent among the women who cut their fat intake to 20% and consumed more vegetables, fruits, and grains.

It shouldn’t be a surprise that God’s ideal diet for humans helps prevent and cure many diseases. We can be good stewards of our bodies by adopting a plant-base diet.
