It's good news for
God's Creation every time humanity takes a step toward a loving,
compassionate and harmonious world. The brutal slaughter of horses
came to an end in the state of Illinois thanks to the pressure of
animal advocate groups and compassionate consumers. Hopefully, more
people will realize that the killing of a cow, a pig or a chicken is
no different than the killing of a horse. All of God's animals
deserve to live a life free from human exploitation. A plant-based
diet is a powerful witness to Christ's love, compassion and peace.
