Girl rescues lobster
An Ohio girl made the news last week for her compassion towards one
of God’s creatures: an 8 pound lobster named Bubba.
Myranda, the 7 year-old girl, won the lobster in a raffle during an
anniversary celebration at a grocery store in Cincinnati, and set him
free in the coast of Maine after several attempts made by the family to
place the lobster in a zoo or an aquarium.

An act of compassion, even toward a single creature that is mostly
looked at as food today, is a joyous celebration in God’s kingdom.
Kindness and love are virtues that need to be inspired and encouraged,
especially in children. A plant-based diet is an expression of not only
kindness and love, but of obedience to God.
