Slaughterhouses have been in the spotlight many times
in just the last few years for their egregious abuse to animals.
According to the Humane Slaughter Act --under which poultry is not
covered-- animals should be slaughtered in a way “that causes a
minimum of excitement, pain, injury, or discomfort.” However, numerous
undercover videos by animal activists and workers, and reports by
inspectors show that animals continue to experience abuse, pain,
suffering and fear.
Abuse Persists at Some Slaughter Plants:

from having such places in God’s Creation.
