NC’s Ag-Gag Law Being Challenged in Federal Court!
Yesterday, the Government Accountability Project (GAP), along with a coalition of watchdog organizations, filed a federal lawsuit challenging North Carolina’s ag-gag law, which criminalizes whistleblowers.
This law, backed by the animal agriculture industry, aims to stop undercover investigations so essential to expose wrongdoing to workers and to animals.
