Complete Disregard for the Environment

Factory farmers don’t care about the animals, or public health, or the environment. A great example is what Tennessee representative Andy Holt --not surprisingly a sponsor of the state’s failed ag-gag bill—did. He dumped 800,000 gallons of pig manure into the streams and fields surrounding his hog farm. Seemingly, Holt’s lagoons were overflowing with waste and therefore he chose to dump the waste in the waters and lands nearby. He broke the law and showed complete disregard for the environment.

The best way to prevent people like Mr. Holt from damaging the environment or being cruel to God’s animals is to not support the animal agriculture industry. If people stop consuming animal products factory farms would disappear.
