Cow Escapes Slaughterhouse and is Gunned Down
Too often we hear about cases like this one: a cow escaped the Tri State Beef Co. slaughterhouse in Cincinnati and ran for her life. What did the Cincinnati Police Department do? Gun her down.
Cows are some of the gentlest animals abused relentlessly for their flesh and milk. These animals are not even predators; they are herbivores who want to enjoy their lives as much as we do. What happened to this cow should be considered criminal.
