Once again, the animal advocacy group Mercy for Animals exposed routine horrific animal abuse at a major Walmart pork supplier, Seaboard Foods. Also disturbing is the fact that the company claimed not knowing how the animals were treated.

Cruelty to God’s animals is inherent to the animal agriculture industry because these animals are seen as commodities and not recognized for the aliveness, presence and sentience. We can easily put an end to this egregious, systematic and legal abuse simply by eating plant-based foods. Otherwise, we are accomplices of this cruelty.
