Animal Cruelty Charges
Four factory farm workers, Octavios Hillard, Kenneth White, Roy Stewart, and Clayton Harris were convicted of criminal animal cruelty for viciously beating, kicking, punching, and dragging animals thanks to a shocking hidden-camera footage of animal abuse secretly recorded by Mercy For Animals at Southeast Mississippi Livestock in Hattiesburg.
It’s good news every time animal cruelty in factory farms around the world gets exposed. But we shouldn’t forget that most of the egregious cruelty against God’s animals raised for food is legal and standard in factory farms and slaughterhouses because these animals are simply commodities to the industry.
