There are no fees to receive the weekly CVA e-newsletter. Many of our members elect for sustaining membership of $25 or more. Sustaining members receive our daily Take Heart! e-announcement, which includes recipes, commentary, and inspirational thoughts. In addition, sustaining members receive a 50% discount on CVA books, t-shirts, and other materials.
