Vegan Seafood: Beyond the Fish Shtick for Vegetarians, by Nancy Berkoff, EdD, RD, Printed by The Vegetarian Resource Group. For those vegetarians who miss seafood, this fun and informative book gives easy directions on how to recreate the taste and feel of fish and shellfish.
