According to a new study from Harvard, which included more than 118,000 men and women from both the Nurses’ Health Study and the Health Professionals Follow-Up Study, people who consume more whole grains live longer. This study supports other studies indicating that avoiding healthful carbs like whole grains and consuming more animal products increases the risk for dying.
