Choice of Diet and Global Warming
Vegan Outreach has put together a page summarizing the links between food choices and global warming. It mentions the report from the United Nation's Food and Agriculture Organization and the research from the University of Chicago, clearly indicating that the choice of diet is a very important one if we are trying to reduce global warming.
